Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Ongar Dairy Group. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Due to the nature of our business and the fact we distribute fresh produce, returns are only accepted in the event of a genuine ordering mistake by the customer or in the event that goods are damaged or short dated.
You have 48 hours to notify us of any problems with your deliveries from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will receive the credit within 7 working days.

Current delivery days:
Orders received before 6pm on Wednesdays will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm on Fridays.
Orders received after 6pm on Wednesday will be automatically scheduled for the following week.
Please note you can use the ‘order comments’ section to tell us the type of milk and bread you would like, and make any other requests.
